Uz Gayrimenkul was founded on 29 March 2011 in Ankara to undertake mortgage procedures instituted on property in favour of credit institutions for the purpose of providing guarantees for personal and commercial loans made available by banks and other credit institutions. Moving its headquarters to Istanbul in 2013, Uz Gayrimenkul added legal support services for banks' branch and ATM lease processes to its existing mortgage services. Through its matchless service network consisting of 878 law offices and 1014 lawyers throughout Turkey, Uz Gayrimenkul boasts a service standard that enables it to conclude any mortgage procedure in 81 province centres and 501 districts within minutes.
